My Daughter Has Been Under Severe Stress For Months. She

My daughter has been under severe stress for months. She is only 29 but is always tired & has hot flashes. I think she may have adrenal fatigue and hormonal imbalance. Do you think this could be her problem? She also feels hot to the touch often, even her hand. what type of doctor do you recommend she see?
