My Daughter Has Developed High Fever And For That We

My daughter has developed high fever and for that we gave her voltaren suppositories along side panadol alternatively. She is four and her dr started her on Zithromax. She also has rashes only around her mouth and cheeks yet nothing on the palm or feet. When going to the washroom today she had orange oily liquid coming out. Is that normal?
