My Daughter Has Dime Sized Lumps Under Both Of Her

My daughter has dime sized lumps under both of her ear lobes and complains that her cheeks hurt. She's unable to eat most of the time because it hurts. She doesn't have a fever or any other symptoms. I gave her some childrens Motrin today and that seemed to help for now but she's been complaining for almost a week now.
