My Daughter Has Factor 11 Deficiency And Von Willebrands She

My daughter has factor 11 deficiency and Von Willebrands She is 27 and has not had any symptoms until now. Recently she started brusing on her thighs Three months ago, it lasted about a month. The bruises are coming back in the same place. CBCs and all blood work is normal. She has been seen by a hematologist and I spoke with two others and they all say it is nothing. What could be causing this bruising episode again?
