My Daughter Has Fever And Yellow And Whitish Fluid Coming

My daughter has fever and yellow and whitish fluid coming out of her ears. Now her grandmother is saying she has bumps. which when I gave her a shower this morning she did not have. I think it is dry skin from the drainage and her not blowing her nose but whipping it.
