My Daughter Has Flu-like Symptoms Which Can Also Be Symptoms

My daughter has flu-like symptoms which can also be symptoms of meningitis? She has 102.2 fever, aching bones, slight stuffy nose, nausea. She has seasonal allergies also.I am making sure she gets plenty of fluid and rest, She is also experiencing mentrual cramps also .
So it has been almost 24 hours.
Additionally, she was exposed to lots of pollen. She has allergies to pine and latex as well. She ate cookie dough in ice cream yesterday also. So we are looking at everything.
Should we go to the doctors office also.
