My Daughter Has Fluid And Drainage From Left Ear ×

My daughter has fluid and drainage from left ear × 1.5 weeks. No ear pain associated. She had 1 day of very stiff neck and pain has moved into left arm bicep area and lower back. No fever. Very tired. No other symptoms. Should I have her seen immediately ?
