My Daughter Has Gotten Really Have And She Keeps Saying

My daughter has gotten really have and she keeps saying its from the baby baby is now 2 years old. She eats terrible and I am really worried her son is not going to have a mother if she keeps going the way she is. I don't know what to say to her without her getting upset with me.
