My Daughter Has Had A Small Skin Colored Bump That

My daughter has had a small skin colored bump that has came up on her stomach and I have gotten a little bit of white stuff out the past week. Yesterday it was huge and red. I squeezed it tonight and a round hard white donut shape came out. What could this be? It wasn't puss. No blood either
