My Daughter Has Had A Swooshing Sound In Her Left

My daughter has had a swooshing sound in her left ear on and off for about 3 weeks. Yesterday, she could not hear out of that ear and she feels a like dizzy and off balance. I took her to quick care clinic yesterday. No visible sign of ear infection, a little congestion, but mucus clear. Dr gave her steroid nose spray and Zyrtec D. This morning, she can hear slightly out of it, with some ringing sound. Not sure if we’re on the right track with these meds.
