My Daughter Has Had A Toothache Without Any Dental Problems

My daughter has had a toothache without any dental problems showing up on x-rays. Only cold water is helping-constantly swishing. Tylenol with codine doesn't help. On amoxicillin for 1.5 days. Laying down makes it hurt more. I just want to relieve her pain while we wait for amoxicillin to kick in (hopefully)
