My Daughter Has Had Loose Motions .She Is Runninh Fever

My daughter has had loose motions .She is runninh fever now of 102 .I gave her Econorm for her motions and crocin syrup twice at an interval of 3 hours 5ml .Her motions have stopped but fever continues.
should i give her any antibiotics dose ? If yes then which antibiotic and in what dose.
