My Daughter Has Had Pale Colored Stools Since Monday. She

My daughter has had pale colored stools since Monday. She had more diarrhea for 2 days and now is thicker in consistency but much less solidified than usual. She vomited fir 3 hours every 20 minutes last Monday morning. She only vomited once on wednesday night. She has lost 1 1/2 pounds and is only 13 months old. She isn't earing as much as usual but I'm trying to give her plenty of fluids. Wondering if I can wait and see if it changes or not?
