My Daughter Has Had Several Fainting Episodes In The Last

My daughter has had several fainting episodes in the last 2 months. She is 10 yrs. old. She started her period about 4 months ago and never had another one until today. She was also hospitalized all week due to dizziness, large pupils, lethargic, and zoning out. After several test they want her to see a OBGYN for hormone issues. Could this be hormones at her age?
