My Daughter Has Just Gotten Home From College. She's Been

My daughter has just gotten home from college. She's been congested sneezing and coughing up mucus which was green. She was diagnosed with a sinus infection and a skin infection in her nose at school at the end of Oct. She is very achy especially lower back and stomach which I believe is the flu. Besides getting fever down, drinking fluids what else should I do?
