My Daughter Has Light Brown Bruises On Her Legs And

My daughter has light brown bruises on her legs and now a few on her arm. She says they do not hurt. And they do go away but come back in a few days. She did have her baller ladder taken out the beginning of January and has changed her diet big time. Why do you thing she is getting the bruises?
