My Daughter Has Oligoclonal Bands In Her CSF And Not

My daughter has oligoclonal bands in her CSF and not her blood. Is there any chance it's a sign of something other than MS? We did this test trying to find the cause of her intellectual disability. She doesn't have atrophy though. Only White matter hyperintensities
