My Daughter Has On And Off Pain In Her Stomach

My daughter has on and off pain in her stomach and the doxtor prescribed her deworming medicine 2 days ago! She consumed the single dose of the medicine as advised by the doctor! Today she is still complaining of stomach ache and has fever of 102F as well! Is this normal post deworming medication?!?
