My Daughter Has Sharp Pain In Her Throat When She

My daughter has sharp pain in her throat when she sprints only. We have seen her doctor who thought it was acid reflux. However, the acid reflux medication is not working. I am waiting for the doctor to call me back. What else could this be? I believe the pain is in her trachea.
