My Daughter Has Spots That Resembles Circles And Some Patches.

My daughter has spots that resembles circles and some patches. They look like she's been burned, and it is also on her face, chest and around her mouth. She complains of random pain in mouth area, she can't seem to get a correct diagnosis, do you have an idea as to what this could be? I will really appreciate your feed back regarding this....thank you kindly
