My Daughter Has Started Telling Me Tonight That She Was

My daughter has started telling me tonight that she was itchy on her vagina and everytime i try to wipe her she crys and will not let me touch her. She has had a small amount of white chuncky stuff. I think she may have a yeast infection. What can use for the night to ease her pain for the night until we can get to a doctor.
