My Daughter Hasn't Been Able To Eat Anything For A

My daughter hasn't been able to eat anything for a week due to abdominal pain. Everything she has tried to eat has come back up. She isnt dehydrated. Blood tests and urine tests have come back negative. She has had grumbly appendix in the past. She isn't having her period. What else could I do.
