My Daughter Her Her Her Cheek So Hard She Blacked

My daughter her her her cheek so hard she blacked out. It took a few hours for the swelling and bruising to develop. The whole left side of her face was swollen and droopy I think from the compression of her facial nerve from the swelling. Under her eye is extremely purple and swollen and her jaw, not the exact area she hit. Why is this?
