My Daughter In In College Playing On The Women's Basketball

My daughter in in college playing on the women's basketball team. She recently returned from an LDS Church Mission to Germany, Switzerland and Austria. She came home sick. Her symptoms are that she is easily exhausted, can't regulate her body temperature, of often chilled, has headaches and is very weak. She is used to playing competitive basketball so being so exhausted is very hard on her. She has just found out that she has a tumor on her Pituitary Gland. Blood test show that the tumor is not boosting any hormones. The MRI that identified it shows that her brain is okay. She has gone from one of the best b-ball players on her college teams to one of the worst and finds herself falling down more than usual in a scrimage game. Any ideas? She was sick with this exhaustion for about 4-6 months on the mission and now 3 months here in Utah.
