My Daughter In Law Has Had Two Different Episodes Of

My daughter in law has had two different episodes of retarded speech ( no offence intended) tremors in both arms, difficulty walking or unable to walk, localized pain in the right side of her head, completely aware of everything at times, when the pain in her head stops, the symptoms are there, when the pain starts all the symptoms stop. I have taken her to the ER on both occasions, they have done a MRI both times and find nothing.
