My Daughter In Law Too My Son Who Is 33

My daughter in law too my son who is 33 to the hospital, because of severe pain, by his groan(hope I spelled that right) area. He stated that he has also been having frequent urination during the night . His stomach also looks like it has been swollen. He did have a upper and lower GI, and it showed that he had fat around the liver, due to taking ibprophen (hope spelled that right). My question to you is, could this be a prostate situation?
