My Daughter Injured Her Shoulder Yesterday. On Sunday Her Finger

My daughter injured her shoulder yesterday. on Sunday her finger on that hand drew up toward her palm. it was very sore the next day. yesterday she was using the machines at curves and her shoulder popped and she was in severe pain. the chiroprater told her it was a pinched nerve and she has been adjusted twice and it has not helped. she has iced it all day today. tonight she has a red round place (looks like a burn) on the shoulder were it is hurting that is approximately at 1 1/2 inch circle. could that be from too much ice today or could this be an indicator of something
