My Daughter Injuries Her Right Knee First Xray They Told

My daughter injuries her right knee first xray they told me she fracture her tibia, her right foocold, really cold and numb so I took her to the er where they did an xray and said it came back normal and discharge her. Now we are home again and its freezing cold again and numb and painful what do I do??
