My Daughter Is 1 Year Old And 3 Week Back

My daughter is 1 year old and 3 week back she was suffering from constipation then a doctor gave her enema. After that her motions didn't get normal. In beginning she used to pook 7-8 times a day. Then doctor suggested to stop giving her milk. Now she used to pass stool 5-6 times a day and that too loose motions. Then I gave her stool to routine test. Now the result is " pus cell are 6-8" and rest everything in test is fine. What is going on with my baby stomach. Please help me to understand this. And now I am giving her soya milk and pedisure in water. Is it fine to give her that.
