My Daughter Is 10, No Medical History, Surgery, Issues, Medication!

My daughter is 10, no medical history, surgery, issues, medication! Friday she complained of head cold symptoms, headache, stuffy nose, sore throat. Sat developing a fever of 101.5 on and off until Sunday night. She has now been 24hours fever free, still complaining of symptoms and when she just coughed a lot from laughing I noticed a few spots about pen point sized of pinkish reddish blood with phlegm, should I bring her to the Er or is this from iterated throat vessels?
