My Daughter Is 10 Years Old; She Has Been Having

My daughter is 10 years old; she has been having nose bleeds for the past month or so; maybe about every other day on average. They just come on. she is also complaining of frequent headaches "all over but mostly on the sides of her head" But it is not every time she gets a nose bleed. When she was about 2 years old, she stood up from the floor and ran straight into the edge of our table, nose first and had a massive nose bleed. I wish I had taken her in at the time to double check things but she had seems ok once the bleeding stopped. I now worry when she gets these nose bleed periods (maybe a few times per year)?
