My Daughter Is 11 Months Old And I'm Nursing Her

My daughter is 11 months old and I'm nursing her and out of nowhere 2 days ago my left areola is very hard and very sensitive and it hurts when she latches and I also notice a lump and my breast probably the size of a mini candy m&m. Should I go to urgent care?
