My Daughter Is 12 And Is Itching On Her Hands

My daughter is 12 and is itching on her hands and feet without any rash. This occurs throughout the day, but she sleeps well at night. I have taken her to the doctor and she was prescribed Atarax, which is not touching the itch. I have also tried Zyrtec, Benadryl and Chlor-trimeton. It started the week before finals, so I thought maybe it was just nerves. Finals are over and still the itch remains. The itching was other places, but now just her feet and hands. Any suggestions?
