My Daughter Is 12 Months Old And Had Been Seen

My daughter is 12 months old and had been seen by a doctor today for a fever that keeps returning to approx103. I was told that she has a virus and I can alternate Tylenol and Advil. I accidentally have her an extra dose of Advil instead of Tylenol bc her fever spiked after 3 hours. I just got mixed up inn the middle if the night and realized it after I have her medicine. Will she be ok? What are some potential signs of a problem after giving Advil to soon?
