My Daughter Is 13. Has Not Gotten Her Period Yet

My daughter is 13. Has not gotten her period yet but has been having vague abdominal discomfort and Lower back discomfort (thinking it may be coming soon). My concern is that she has been extremely tired and fatigued the past couple of weeks. Has no energy. Could it be related to her hormones? Maybe her period is about to begin?
