My Daughter Is 13, Is In Relatively Goid Health. She

My daughter is 13, is in relatively goid health. She is a. vegitarian. We carefully monitor her vitamins, minerals and protiens. She is 5'5 and weighs 112 lbs. For the past several months she has been experiencing severe abdominal pains, bloating, noxious gas, diarrhea and occassional blurry vision. Initially we were told she had IBS D. To her multi vitamin we added probiotics, amalaki and super Cumin. We eliminated gluten snd dairy. All bloodwork and the ultra sound came back negative.... with the exception of slightly low platelets and low sugar. The doctor wants to scope, however I think he's just fishing. Can you recommend any direction, we have overlooked? Thank you
