My Daughter Is 13 Months Old. She Has Cold, Sneezing,running

My daughter is 13 months old. She has cold, sneezing,running nose and cant sleepwell at night because of her block nose. I am given her wikoryl can u suggest me some good medicines or wikoryl is good for all this. As my daughter had neomonia before 15 days. So plz suggest i m afraid
