My Daughter Is 13, She Was Released From The Hospital

My daughter is 13, she was released from the hospital today. was there since Sunday, which they had her hooked to iv fluids for 3 days. she was given 1000 mg of Tylenol, zophran, torodal, and comprazine . She suffers from Migraines and chronic headaches. She has had fever since Sunday. highest 104. Fevers come and go, but will not completely go away. light and sound sensitivity, chills, cough since Monday getting worse. loss of appetite. tested for flue and strep, negative. I feel that there is something wrong, and I haven't gotten any answers. Could there be something wrong. Doctors told me to watch her, and sent us home with antibiotics. they are treating her for bronchitis, even though she does not have it. should I try another hospital for a second opinion?
