My daughter is 14 months old. She is showing the common signs of allergies. itchy, red, swollen, watery eyes, coughing, clear nasal discharge, sneezing, drool. I haven't found anything over the counter that is safe for her age. Please help. Does a pediatrician need to see her? Thank you
