My Daughter Is 15. She Is Experiencing Light Headedness And

My daughter is 15. She is experiencing light headedness and gets really hot (not sure which order). She says she then gets a headache. This hasn't been happening for very long, but she states she just doesn't feel good. She is eating and drinking regularly, and she just for over her period.
