My Daughter Is 15, Had A Scant Period For Approx.

My daughter is 15, had a scant period for approx. 4 days 1 year ago and nothing since. She's been c/o vaginal discharge, urinary frequency, pelvic discomfort and lower back discomfort. We have an appointment the end of the month. Just recently she began to have RLQ pain w/ N/V, CT ruled out appy has 3cm R ovarian cyst. 1 week later still having pain & N/V, how long until this resolves on it's own?
