My Daughter Is 19, Very Athletic, 120 Lbs, Never Smoke

My daughter is 19, very athletic, 120 lbs, never smoke and never drank, she does no drugs, what are some reasons that her liver enzymes have elevated more in a couple months? Can synthroid cause this if you were misdiagnosed and shouldn't have been taking it?
Please help me understand while waiting on a liver ultrasound
