My Daughter Is 2 Years 7 Month Her Fever From

My daughter is 2 years 7 month her fever from last 3 days and we use antibiotic clavam forth 3.5 ml twise a day but we given tthat one only three times.when one time she vomits.but today i give ibugesic plus when fever is 102 at 10 am.bt the hole day fever dose not come.it comes after nine hours at 7 pm.then we give again ibugesic plus.but now its only 6 hours again fever occurs.if this viral fever or anything serious.why this fever fluctuate?and one more thing she has too much of cough amdwhem she sleeps its sounds.please suggest me what i will do.
