My Daughter Is 2 Yrs Old And Has Suffered Several

My daughter is 2 yrs old and has suffered several sinus infections and ear infections. Her pediatrician has diagnosed her with sinusitus. She currently is taking zyrtec once a day. When her nose begins running two days will go by and her nose will bleed alot. She screams when I blow it, wipe it or use a suction device. She is always complaing that her nose hurts....what can I do?
