My Daughter Is 20 Years Old. On The 22nd Dec

My daughter is 20 years old. On the 22nd Dec at night she got a very bad paing in her back upper left side. The pain continued and on the 23rd it had moved into her chest and down her left arm. The chest and arm pain come and go but the back pain persists. We went to a medical centre and they focused on the chest pain and want her to go to emergency for tests. Her Blood pressure is 153/88 her temp is 37. We think the Dr is concentrating on the chest pain and covering himself. Do you think that the back pain is the cause of the chest and arm pain?
