My Daughter Is 21 Years Old Who Is Having Reoccurring

My daughter is 21 years old who is having reoccurring swollen lymph nodes in her neck and lower back, fever, body aches, and head aches. It has already happen twice this year. Most of the time is every three months or less. It is severe with fatigue. Doctor continually says virus bit I do not know anyone with this many viruses.
