My Daughter Is 22 Years Old And Healthy. She Isn't

My daughter is 22 years old and healthy. She isn't taking any medications. Her hand get uncomfortably hot. A couple of weeks ago the palm of her left hand turned purple and went away a few hours later. It happened again today. As of tonight it is still purple. Her hands are not cold and this is not happening to her lips or feet. Her thyroid has been checked and is normal. What could be happening?
