My Daughter Is 25 Yrs Old. Currently She Is Complaining

My daughter is 25 yrs old. Currently she is complaining of constant fatigue, depression, irritability and acne outbreaks. A few years ago she an ovary removed due to the presence of a softball sized cyst. She is concerned about having a family and the symptoms I mentioned above are really becoming more of a concern for her. As far as I know her periods are nor always regular either. It is for this reason I think she may be experiencing a hormone imbalance. What are your thoughts and she be tested for a hormone imbalance such as estrogen or have her thyroid checked or?
