My Daughter Is 29 Weeks Pregnant And A Blood Test

My daughter is 29 weeks pregnant and a blood test showed her blood count was 141. She was told that normal was 150. They were not too concerned but said she would have to take another blood test in 4 weeks to make sure it doesn't drop lower. Is there anything she can do to increase this number?
