My Daughter Is 3 & Half Years Old. She Is

My daughter is 3 & half years old. She is having fever from 5 days but her body is hot and arms are cold. Cough and mucus is there. She is very week and tired. I did CBC , in it WBC is 2.7 and monocytes 11.7 and hct 34. Kindly suggest what is the problem and its treatment. Regards
